Privacy Policy

1. What this covers

This policy explains how LarchGrid handles information submitted through this website. It doesn't cover information exchanged during an actual client engagement, which is handled separately.

2. What we collect

The only data this Site collects is what you choose to submit through the inquiry form: name, work email, company, project type, and your message. This Site does not currently use cookies, analytics, or any other automatic tracking.

3. How we use it

Submitted information is used only to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether it's a good fit, and follow up. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with third parties except the service provider needed to operate the form itself (see below).

4. Data retention

We keep inquiry submissions as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain business records. You can request deletion at any time. See Contact below.

5. Third-party services

The inquiry form is processed and stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) using their Forms product. See Netlify's privacy policy for how they handle that data.

6. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. See Contact below.

7. Children's privacy

This Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect that.
